My Place

...and I'm looking forward to it, I think.

I didn't get as much done during the holidays as I was intending to do so I've got a lot sitting waiting on me when I get in, including some stuff for the equality commission I wanted to get done during the holidays so I could get it sorted in peace and quiet, but now it's going to be a bit of a nightmare trying to get that done.

I'm looking forward to getting my routine back on track but I'm not looking forward to the early mornings again. I loved being able to have a lie in and reaching for my book as soon as I woke up so I'm going to really miss that.

The clever little bunnies digging on the Newtownards Road opposite our street have hit a water pipe and they've had to turn our water off to get it fixed.

Great fun.

Just as well hubbie and I have already gotten washed and dressed, but it means we can't put any washing on, we can't wash dishes that we used late last night, and I can't make a cup of tea!

Dunno when they'll have the water back on and we're going out for shopping shortly so we'll probably have to ring the water board when we get back to see if it's back on or not.

It's been a crappy day so far and this is just helping it along.
