...I can see what I'm doing wrong and that's by not eating breakfast.
Everything else seems to be ok apart from missing breakfast far too often, but I'm generally not hungry in the morning so that's the only reason why I don't eat breakfast. It's something that I'll work on though.

I've always needed brekkie to settle my tummy down for the day, I eat 1/2 oz of shreddies (knitted by nannas you know
) glass of orange and a cuppa tea.

This doesn't change its a routine that I'm happy with and have always done.
I think once you find a routine with things that you like which aren't too calorific you'll be fine. Must have a treat though. I did one diet years ago when I didn't have treats, soul destroying... for me it's ice cream
