I know I ate very little the whole day but I didn't eat breakfast was intending to eat something when I got to Mummy's in the morning but I ended up taking the dogs for a walk then heading on to the garden centre almost straight away and by the time I got back to Belfast my head was banging so I crawled into bed and spent the next 8 hours almost sleeping so didn't get anything to eat until near 9pm. Very bad of me but head was just so banging and sore I wasn't able to eat anything.
