Sunday:
Attempted to get drunk but mother-in-law kept making me cups of tea (she seems to think I would prefer that to a proper drink) so didn't quite get as drunk as the rest of them, but was giggly enough. One sis-in-law (CH) suggested drinking whiskey and lemonade, so the other sis-in-law (AG) agreed and the 3 of us ended up drinking a glass each. I like whiskey so that didn't bother me, the other two had problems with it but drunk it anyway. Think I may have a name for myself now that they've found out I like whiskey.

Sunday Night:
Hubbie and I had a falling out. Bit fed up with him making loads and loads of promises over various things, but always breaking them.

Think that's sorted now.

Monday:
Woke up with a bad back. I say hubbie is kicking me in his sleep again (he does that now and again when he's dreaming but doesn't realise) and that's why my back is bad but I could've twisted badly somehow or something like that and that's why it's bad. Got hubbie to clear out the kitchen cupboards and freezer for me to see what we have cause we're a bit skint for the next week or two so trying to live out of the freezer until I get paid again.

Tuesday:
Hubbie back to work. Back isn't so bad Tuesday morning, but have been ordered to do nothing anyway. Cue a day of sitting on my arse doing bugger all. Niecey rang and said she's coming down for a while that evening. I wash the dishes before she comes down and end up hurting my back further, how I managed that doing the damn dishes I dunno!

We bake shortbread, a couple of wee teddies ended up disabled cause niecey kept losing their legs and a couple of ears disappeared too so not only disabled but deaf as well. They tasted good though. After the shortbread we made some oat and apricot chewy bars as well so that'll keep me happy when I'm in a snacky mood the next couple of days.

Wednesday:
Spent most of the morning playing my ds, and after that I got up just before lunchtime and came down to sit on the sofa and mess about on the laptop and have been doing this more or less ever since. Have watched quite a few of the programmes I'd taped on sky+ but am fed up doing that now. The cat is curled up on the sofa beside me so I can't stretch out, though my legs are stiff from spending most of the day yesterday doing that so am kinda glad I can't stretch out. Back is as sore as it was last night so not amused about that and am being careful about what I'm lifting and doing about the house, but am getting fed up with that too.

Am running out of things to do!

Would sort out the wool I have in my wool basket but the cats will go mad, and apart from that it means lifting the basket up and a few other things to get at it so that's a no-no. Only about 2 hours until hubbie comes home so will be able to start on tea soon I suppose so that'll give me something to do shortly, just dunno what I'm making for tea though.
