and it's not the house we had thought it was, it's actually 3 doors up from it.

It's got a huge living room, smallish kitchen but I don't mind that because it's only ever me in there really, two decent sized bedrooms, and the bathroom is pretty big, plus it's upstairs as well so that's brilliant for me because I really couldn't get used to having the bathroom downstairs.

The house belonged to an old lady I think before our landlord bought it so it's got the double railings on the stairs and it's got that smell about it that my grandparents house has, not sure why but that smell is quite universal no matter where you go but there's something comforting about it I find.

No garden. I had wanted a garden but it's got a wee bit out the front I can put my plant pots in and then there's the wall separating the house from the pavement so apart from rubbish landing on the plants they should be ok there.

The landlady is putting in a brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom; really excited about that because have never had a new kitchen before, it's always been something I've dreamed about (does that make me sad? :DD) but it's definately needed in this house.

Another six maybe seven weeks and we'll be out of this house and trying to move into another one. Lots of hassle involed but it's for the greater good, just have to keep reminding ourselves of that.
